Function Dates: Thursday, July 31, 2008 - Sunday, August 03, 2008 Guest Room Rates We are pleased to offer the following special group rates for MPMAANA:
Resort Fee All hotel guests will be assessed a daily Resort Fee of $4.00 per night, per room. The Resort Fee currently includes the following amenities: Complimentary In-Room High Speed Internet Connection Roll-A-Way Beds Roll-a-way beds can be provided at a cost of $15.00 per day. Check-in/Check-out The hotel's check-in time is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in is based on a "space available" basis and will not be guaranteed. Individuals staying in their rooms beyond check-out time will be billed one (1) additional night's stay. Late check-out is provided based on availability, although some charges may apply. Arrangements can be made by contacting the front desk. Luggage storage is available either for early arrival or late departure. Cut-Off Date Your reservation cut-off date is 6/30/2008. Any guestrooms not reserved by this date will be released back to the Reservations Department for general sale on a first-come first-served basis, and at prevailing rates. Reservation Procedures All member must make your own reservations directly with our Reservations Department at Crown Plaza. To do so, they may call the hotel directly at 714-867-5555 or 1-866-888-8891. Please be sure to clearly identify the event/group when making their reservations so that they will qualify for the special group rate. These reservations must be received by 6/30/2008. Any reservations received after will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All reservations must be guaranteed for first night's room and tax. Individual attendees can guarantee payment by the following methods:
Individual attendees will be charged for one night's room and tax if they cancel within 3 days of arrival; cancellations made prior to 3 days will not be penalized. Room Service Room service charges will be responsibility of the individual guest unless specified otherwise. |
